Because we are a small, private service and to ensure the health and safety of all, we have put in place an Enrollment Process that is outlined below. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.

Enrollment Process
STEP 1: SUBMISSION OF NEW CLIENT FORM AND VACCINE RECORDS

Below is a link to the New Client Form, one can also be emailed directly to you. The form allows for veterinary records to be attached. All dogs are required to be up to date on Rabies, Bordotella, Distemper vaccines, negative fecal exam within 6 months as well as be receiving monthly flea and tick preventative. Being in Connecticut, we strongly recommend Lyme and Leptospirosis vaccines.

All cats are required to be up to date on Rabies vaccines (as mandated by state law) or have documented expemtion.
STEP 2: MEET AND GREET

Once records have been reviewed, we will schedule a time for everyone to meet one another! This is to ensure a safe introduction, prior to care while owners are absent and to go over your pets routine and needs.
STEP 3: TRIAL STAY [for day & overnight boarding]
​
For any dogs staying for day care or overnight, we will next schedule a time for you and your pup to come visit our space. We encourage your dog to stay for a few hours to sniff around and familiarize themselves, as well as making sure they're comfortable with us before staying for longer periods.
